What Jesus said about Evangelism

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen._{Matthew 28:19,20}

Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.._{Matthew 9:37,38}

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven._{Matthew 5:16}

Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you._{Matthew 7:6}

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock._{Matthew 7:24,25}

Summary

Jesus last words to His disciples were to go into all the world and teach them what He had said. Jesus said the harvest is plentiful, if that doesn’t seem so we are looking in the wrong places. He also called us to pray to the Father that He would send labourers into His harvest, to share the Gospel. We are called to live full of the light of the Gospel so that other will see Jesus.
